Culinary Concierges
Presentation | Flow | Guest Experience
Our Culinary Concierges provide elevated support for your food and beverage experience, ensuring presentation, flow, and guest interaction remain polished throughout your event. We work alongside your catering and bar teams to maintain a seamless, well-managed service environment from start to finish.
INCLUDES:
Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of buffet and food stations
Supporting service flow with light plating and guest-facing assistance
Assisting with food and beverage service, including plated meal support as needed
Refreshing food displays and beverage areas throughout the event
Monitoring and maintaining the overall appearance of service areas
Assisting guests with dining-related needs and guidance
Coordinating with catering and bartending teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintaining a polished, guest-ready table setting through ongoing table clearing
This service includes a minimum team of three Culinary Concierges to support food and beverage service and maintain a seamless dining experience. Additional team members may be recommended based on the scale and needs of your event.
Guest Experience Attendants

Your Guest Experience Attendants are the dedicated, people-focused presence ensuring every guest feels welcomed, guided, and cared for from the moment they arrive. We work alongside your planning and venue teams to manage guest flow, handle real-time needs, and give intentional attention to the people who matter most — so you can stay fully present in your moment.
INCLUDES:
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
Managing guest list, seating direction, and event flow
Providing personalized attention to VIP or special guests
Handling guest questions, concerns, and real-time needs throughout the event
Coordinating with vendors and planner to keep transitions seamless
Ensuring elderly, mobility-limited, or special needs guests are fully accommodated
Maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere from start to finish
This service includes a minimum team of two Guest Experience Attendants to support guest flow and maintain a seamless event experience. Additional team members may be recommended based on the scale and needs of your event.


Event Assistants
Setup | Execution | Detail
Our Event Assistants provide focused, detail-driven support from load-in to doors open, ensuring every element of your space is set with intention and care. We work alongside your planning team to execute the floor plan, place décor, and make real-time adjustments so the space is camera-ready and guest-ready before the first arrival.
INCLUDES:
Assisting with unloading and transporting décor, furniture, and supplies
Setting up tables, chairs, linens, and event furniture per the floor plan
Placing and arranging décor according to the design vision
Making real-time adjustments during setup to ensure everything is polished and precise
Supporting the lead planner with last-minute setup needs
Available for light event-hour support as needed
This service includes a minimum team of three Event Assistants to support pre-event setup and execution, working under the direction of the lead planner to ensure the space reflects the full design vision before guests arrive. Additional team members may be recommended based on the scale and needs of your event.
Signature Closers
Strike | Pack | Clear
When the last dance is done and the night comes to a close, our Signature Closers take it from here. This is the trusted team that steps in when the celebration ends — efficiently striking the space, carefully packing rentals and personal items, and restoring the venue so you never have to think twice about what gets left behind. Every Signature 7 event deserves a clean, intentional close, and that's exactly what they deliver.
INCLUDES:
Striking and disassembling all décor, signage, and event installations
Packing and organizing rentals, personal items, and vendor materials
Loading vehicles, trailers, or designated transport
Coordinating with venue staff to meet contracted end times
Ensuring nothing is left behind and the space is returned to venue standards
Available as a standalone service or add-on to any event package
This service includes a minimum of 3 Signature Closers and supports post-event breakdown and load-out, working alongside venue staff and vendors to ensure a clean, efficient, and timely close to every event. Additional team members may be recommended based on the scale and needs of your event.
