Full Service Planning + Styling
All aspects of your event are handled by us- from sourcing the perfect venue to curating an outstanding team of quality vendors and delivering a custom design. Whether it's overseeing production, planning, or styling, we handle it all. Throughout the process, we'll be committed to you and manage anything and everything that comes our way!

Unlimited email correspondence + scheduled phone calls from the time of booking

Styling + Design
Style and design define the visual aesthetic and overall ambiance of an occasion. From intricate signage details to striking floral arrangements, we ensure everything is visually appealing and harmoniously integrated. To start the process, we complete our Design Questionnaire to understand more about you and your ideal event, allowing us to tell your story meaningfully. We then source the ideal vendors who match your style and budget, bringing your vision to life. While we lead the design process, we collaborate closely with our design vendors to execute the perfect vision seamlessly.
INCLUDES:
Design consultation from S7E+D creative director
Unlimited email correspondence regarding design elements from the time of booking
4 in person meetings, which can include:
1. Design Meeting
2. Venue Tour
3. Floral Design Meeting
4. Rental Design Meeting
5. Final Mock Up Meeting [OPTIONAL]
Implementation of full design + concept
Complete color scheme and unique styling ideas
Full venue floor plan
Selecting and booking all design-based vendors from our preferred vendor list
Provide any other vendor recommendations as needed
Communication, design and management with all design-based vendors.
Complete set-up and tear down of all decor and design elements on the day-of

Whether you need day-of coordination or month-of management, our event services have you covered. You've booked all your vendors and have your design in place, but need assistance executing your special day. Our comprehensive service includes a full coordination team, detailed wedding timeline, venue layout planning, ceremony rehearsal attendance, month-of vendor management, and much more.
INCLUDES:
Assigned to a S7E+D, associate planner who is experienced, professional and well versed in executing your special day
Unlimited email correspondence + scheduled phone calls from the time of booking
One in-person/virtual meeting, which can include:
1. Venue tour
2. Final vendor meetings
Reviewing all vendor contracts and setting up payments reminders
Curate a well-organized day-of wedding timeline
Curate a venue layout in accordance with your venue
Access to our preferred vendor list
Confirm arrival times + setup/breakdown times with all vendors
Communicate all final details to all vendors and take over all communication 30 days prior to event date
Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal [1 hour]

Connecting you with top local vendors for catering, photography, florals, and entertainment, while handling all communications and contract negotiations to ensure exceptional services.
Travel + Accommodation Coordination:
Handling all travel arrangements and accommodations, from negotiating group rates to coordinating room blocks, ensuring smooth and hassle-free travel plans for everyone. .
Legal + Logistical Assistance:
Providing guidance on legal requirements and documentation, and managing all logistics, including transportation and shipping, to ensure your destination wedding runs smoothly.
Custom Design + Decor:
The creative team designs a wedding that captures your style and destination's essence, coordinating decor, rentals, florals, and lighting for a stunning, cohesive look.
Day-of Coordination:
