By enrolling in Ivy Autumn: Unveiled, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership

​

Ivy Autumn: Unveiled is a subscription-based wedding planning membership by Signature 7 Events + Design. Membership includes planning sessions, digital resources, planning tools, email support, and other benefits associated with your selected plan. Membership benefits are available only while your membership is active.

Additional Services

​

As your planning needs evolve, you're welcome to enhance your experience by booking additional services through Signature 7 Events + Design. Whether you need design assistance, planning support, event management, or full-service planning, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Additional services are subject to availability, separate service agreements, and applicable pricing.

Payments

​

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment. Month-to-month memberships automatically renew until canceled. Six-month and nine-month memberships are billed according to the payment option selected during checkout.

​

Cancellations

​

You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting your request in writing to hello@signature7events.com. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period or membership term and will not renew thereafter.

Refund Policy

​

All membership fees are non-refundable. Due to immediate access to digital resources and membership benefits, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for cancellations, unused membership time, missed sessions, or failure to use membership benefits.

Planning Sessions

​

Monthly planning sessions must be scheduled during your active membership period. Members may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

​

Email Support

​

Members may contact Ask Ivy Autumn via email during their active membership. Responses are typically provided within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

​

Intellectual Property

​

All membership materials, including templates, guides, checklists, videos, worksheets, and planning resources, are the exclusive property of Signature 7 Events + Design and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or sold without written permission.

​

Limitation of Services

​

Ivy Autumn: Unveiled provides educational resources, professional guidance, and planning support. It does not include full-service wedding planning, event coordination, vendor management, or legal review of contracts. Members remain responsible for all decisions and agreements with third-party vendors.
